The doctor thinks Cooper had strep over Christmas and then it infected his finger.

New Years eve we noticed Cooper's index finger was really red and swollen. It still looked really nasty today so I took him to see the doc. She thinks the fever he had on Christmas was probably strep throat and that's how he got it in his finger. Last time we saw Dr. Jen, Cooper cried as soon as we got in the exam room. This time he hugged her and said "I love you Dr. Jen". He rarely says that to Chris and me!?!

The best part was the car ride there. He told me he was Scooby Doo and I was Shaggy. I told him we were on our way to solve the mystery of the boo boo finger which he thought was pretty funny.
