Another first came last week when during one of the many rain storms we've had lately the tornado sirens went off. When we turned the TV to the news we found that a tornado touchdown had been reported on Lane Avenue which is not too far from where we live. So we all headed to the basement and waited for the all clear. Cooper didn't seem to mind. He just watched Floyd and laughed. He thinks Floyd is very funny.
Both grandmas came to visit Cooper this week. Grammie came on Monday and watched Cooper while Chris worked. He's been extra busy lately. She brought the high chair that she used when she was a little girl. Now Cooper is using it. He's almost done with the Stage 1 baby foods and will be moving on to Stage 2 this week. He's been eating a whole container of baby food and 4tbsps of rice cereal or oatmeal twice a day. Grandma and Grandpa came up on Saturday and took us to lunch and shopping at Easton. Between both grandmas Cooper has a pretty complete winter wardrobe. Grandma even got him a barn coat for winter that looks like his dads.
Grandma thinks Cooper may be gifted and after looking at the pictures I took this week I think she might be right. I think he has a brilliant future as an actor. Check out the range of emotion...
