The Terrible Twos: in Like a Lamb out like a Lion

Cooper has really been asserting his independence lately. For example,
I say "Cooper please pick up your toys" and he says "No thank you
mommy". That's my boy, polite and defiant.

He's also been dressing himself...well...undressing himself. He loves
to take off his pants. Most nights we have to put his pajama bottoms
back on him after he's asleep.

As you can see, we had a lot of fun this weekend playing in the
leaves. Halloween is still in his mind and everything is still "scary"
including the trees and leaves. We also saw an actual spider in a web
on the deck which was extra scary.

He's also become very interested in Christmas. We walked through the
decorations at the store and ever since he's been talking about
Christmas and even making up little songs about it. We had a talk
about Santa bringing toys to good boys and what it means to be a good
boy. Given his behavior lately...I think we still have some work to
do.
