Week Eighteen: What was that?
I think I can feel the baby moving! I felt a couple twinges last night but today there were a couple that seemed a little stronger and I'm pretty sure it's Peabo doing some acrobatics in there. It's very cool to finally be able to feel the little life that is growing inside.

Yeah, the "is she pregnant or just a little fatter" phase is awesome. How do you think your dog is going to do? When my cousins youngest was about 11 months, their Jack Russell bit her in the face. The dog had also been around little kids its whole life. Not trying to scare you, just reporting the facts.
Floyd is very sweet and cuddly but we're not taking that for granted. We know that instinct can take over at any time so we are definately concerned about how he will react. I've been tugging on his ears every now and then and putting my hand in his dish while he is eating just to get him used to it. But you just never know. We will try not to leave him and the baby together unsupervised but I know that is easier said than done.
